1) Extract mantool._x_ from the attached zip file, and renamed it to mantool.exe.
2) Please the mantool.exe in any directory (for example c:\temp or just the c:\ root directory).
3) Run the command "mantool -w"Config\FAX\Options=0018".
4) No need to reboot.

Re-try the test and please let me know if there is a difference.
